- Develop each reason with a specific example. Instead of “kids are tired,” try: “After six hours of school, many children need physical activity and downtime to recharge — not more desk work.”
- Use persuasive language more deliberately. Try adding words like “clearly” or “undeniably,” or phrases like “research shows” to make the argument sound more confident.
- Write a stronger conclusion. Restate the position and leave the reader with a memorable final thought rather than ending on the last reason.
